I don’t have Java
In order to run 4X Dealer you need Java (version 1.6+) installed.
Solution 1:
Go to logon page and download 4X Dealer the process
should auto install java for you.
Solution 2:
Go to Java home page and click the "Free Java
Download" link and follow the on screen instructions.

Cannot establish connection
Client receives a "Cannot establish connection" message when trying to
login.
Cause:
4X Dealer is unable to connect to the 4X servers within required timeout (30
seconds).
Solution 1:
Check that you are connected to the internet.
Solution 2:
Check your local firewall settings make sure that port "443" (https) is
open, you may have to contact your network administrator as you may require admin
rights to your workstation.
Solution 3:
Ask your network administrator to open port "443" (https) on your Proxy
Server or Internet Gateway

Update required
Client receives a "4X System has been changed. To update to the new system
please visit: http://www.4xcurrency.com/logon.aspx" message when trying to
login.
Cause:
You currently have the incorrect 4X Dealer installed on your system.
Solution 1:
First you will have to uninstall this old version of 4X Dealer by following
the instructions below;
1. Click Start on the taskbar.
2. Then locate Control Panel and open.
3. Once Control Panel has opened locate "Add/Remove Programs"
(Windows Vista and Windows 7 users "Programs and Features") and
open.
4. Then locate "4XDealer" from the list and click uninstall and
follow the on screen prompts.
After completing the uninstall process, Click Here to install the current version of 4X Dealer.

Unable to download jar file
Java Web Start is unable to download the jar file.
Cause:
There could be many reasons for this type of error, please try the solutions below.
Solution 1:
Check that you are connected to the internet.
Solution 2:
In some corporate environments, your network administrator may not allow you to
download certain files. Please ask your network administrator to allow "jar"
files to be downloaded from "http://ukproc.4xcurrency.com".
